1. General Terms
- Service Agreement: By booking our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Your use of Route1Limo services constitutes your acceptance of the terms outlined here.
- Changes to Terms: Route1Limo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services will indicate your acceptance of the modified terms.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to book services with Route1Limo. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make the reservation on your behalf.
2. Booking and Payment
- Booking Confirmation: Once a reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. This confirmation will include details such as pick-up and drop-off locations, date, time, and vehicle type.
- Payment Terms: We accept major credit cards, as well as cash payments. All payments must be made in full prior to the start of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
- Pricing: The price for your booking is based on the service, vehicle type, distance, and any additional requests. Prices are subject to change, but you will be informed of any changes before finalizing your booking.
- Deposits: Some bookings, especially for weddings, special events, or large group services, may require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.
- Tolls and Additional Fees: Any applicable tolls, parking fees, or additional charges (such as extended waiting times) will be the responsibility of the client and added to the final invoice.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Standard Cancellations: For standard bookings, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a charge up to 100% of the booking cost.
- Event and Wedding Cancellations: For large events such as weddings or corporate events, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made within this period may result in a forfeiture of any deposit paid.
- No-Show Policy: If the client fails to show up at the designated pick-up location without prior notification, a no-show fee of 100% of the booking price will be charged.
4. Service Expectations
- Punctuality: Route1Limo prides itself on providing punctual and professional transportation. We monitor traffic and flight information to ensure timely service, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or airline delays.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to provide accurate booking information, including contact details, addresses, and special requests. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure timely arrival at the pick-up location.
- Passenger Conduct: Route1Limo reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who display disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including the use of alcohol or drugs, vandalism, or abusive conduct toward the driver or vehicle. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
- Damage to Vehicles: Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or passengers will be the client’s responsibility. Repair or cleaning costs associated with damage, spills, or excessive mess will be added to the final invoice.
5. Safety and Liability
- Chauffeur Responsibilities: All Route1Limo chauffeurs are professionally trained, licensed, and insured. They follow all safety regulations and prioritize the safety of passengers at all times.
- Seat Belts: All passengers are required to wear seat belts during transportation. Route1Limo is not responsible for any injuries caused by failure to follow safety regulations.
- Child Safety Seats: If child safety seats are required, it is the responsibility of the client to request them at the time of booking. Route1Limo can provide car seats upon request, but it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are installed and used properly.
- Liability: Route1Limo is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during transportation, including loss of personal belongings or missed flights or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We ensure that any personal or payment details provided during the booking process are kept secure and confidential.
7. Force Majeure
Route1Limo shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delays in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, or labor strikes. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule your service.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Route1Limo is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites. We encourage clients to review the terms and conditions of any third-party websites they visit.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located within Florida.
