1. Booking Confirmation

1.1 All bookings must be confirmed by Route 1 Limo to ensure availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after the customer receives a confirmation email or message from us.

1.2 Customers must provide accurate information, including the pick-up and drop-off locations, date, time, and any special requests during the booking process.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Full payment is required to secure your reservation. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted methods as specified on our website.

2.2 An invoice will be provided upon successful payment, which will serve as your receipt.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our official cancellation portal.

3.2 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total fare.

3.3 Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare.

3.4 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable and will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total fare.

4. Changes to Booking

4.1 Customers may request changes to their booking (e.g., changes in pick-up time, date, or location) at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

4.2 Changes are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee depending on the nature of the request.

4.3 Route 1 Limo reserves the right to deny any changes if they would significantly alter the terms of the original booking.

5. No-Show Policy

5.1 A no-show is defined as the customer not being present at the designated pick-up location within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time.

5.2 In the event of a no-show, the total fare will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.

6. Passenger Conduct

6.1 Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards our drivers and other passengers.

6.2 Any form of abusive language, violence, or misconduct may result in immediate cancellation of the ride, and you will be liable for the full fare.

7. Liability

7.1 Route 1 Limo is not liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, weather, or road closures.

7.2 We will take all reasonable measures to ensure your safety and comfort during your ride, but we are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state/province in which Route 1 Limo operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the local laws.

9. Acceptance of Terms

9.1 By booking a ride with Route 1 Limo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
